During my stay of three nights, I found the location to be very convenient, with quick access to a bus station right outside. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast area which offered a wide range of food options, a nice way to start the day. The view from my room was also quite beautiful, adding to the overall experience. The room felt a bit cramped, which is typical for Japan, but the cleanliness made up for it.

Luxurious and stylish place, I greatly enjoyed amicable personnel.
The hotel was nice sized with a particularly good location not far from many restaurants, the tram system and the entertainment area, historical attraction and night entertainment, and shopping district, exciting neighbourhood in the eve. Everything here was EXCELLENT, I would stay here again.

Comfortable room with amazing views but the bed was quite hard and the bathroom a bit cramped.

It has to offer an excellent breakfast with fresh pancakes and Japanese cuisine, as for instance.

ideal central location, near to nice japanese restaurants and shops and the city centre where there is a lot of shops and restaurants. very comfy bed in the double room, plus an electric kettle, climate control, and an electronic key card.

The bathroom was ludicrous, made even more hilarious with its see-through door-really? Oh, and a happy hour that ran out of food and drinks mid-way. I would have given a decent review, but i was hoping for some complimentary gesture after all that chaos, apparently too much to ask.

Convenient to locations with only a short walk to trams and sights.
For an international hotel I would have thought that one TV station could have had some English news, movies etc

explore the city with ease from this central spot
I appreciated how close this place is to the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum, just a short 15-minute stroll away, making it easy to soak in the history, and I loved the peaceful views of Shukkei-en Garden, less than 2 km away, perfect for a relaxing afternoon walk.

The room was very modern, clean and well appointed but very small. It would be better suited to a single businessman than to a couple. The hotel provide excellent electric bicycle hire at great price. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Very close to lots of eating places and entertainment.
The size of the rooms was adequate for a few nights but not longer. The hotel was not close to station but Streetcar not far away and not too costly from station to hotel in taxis
